RETURNS + EXCHANGE

At RYDE PLUS we hope you love our product as much as we do, but we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
RYDE PLUS will provide a full refund or exchange for all full-price items that adhere to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
- All original tags must remain attached to the product, and the product must be in the original packaging.
- Item(s) must not be used, washed, and returned in the original condition.
- Item(s) purchased on discount due to a sale, special offer, or discount code are final and cannot be returned for a refund. The only exception is if the item is faulty.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE ITEMS
- Please contact our Customer Care Team via hello@rydeplus.com.au and provide the below details for your returns request.
- Invoice or order number
- Customer name
- Payment details -refunds can only be paid to the credit card used at purchase.
- Reason for your return or exchange. If your item is faulty, please include photos of the fault.
- We will email you within 48hrs with confirmation of your return request.
- Ensure all tags are attached and the product is placed in the original packaging.
- Ensure the items not used, washed, and not altered in any way.
- Return the item(s) to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return. The cost of return postage must be paid by the customer when returning the purchase, and original expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any returned items.

Once received, if we discover the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We're extremely sorry you've received a faulty or incorrectly shipped garment. Please follow the below steps to return your purchase.
- To return faulty or incorrect items please contact our Customer Care team via hello@rydeplus.com.au, providing the below details for your returns request.
- Invoice or order number
- Customer name
- Payment details -refunds can only be paid to the credit card used at purchase
- Reason for your return or exchange. If your item is faulty in any way, please include photos of the fault.
- We will email you within 48hrs to confirm if your return request is approved.
- A pre-paid bag will be sent to you to return the product. Once you receive the pre-paid bag, pack the product into the bag and post them to any post office/ or post box.

- If the product has been incorrectly shipped, please ensure all tags are attached, and the product is placed in the original packaging. Items must be not used, washed, and not altered in any way; and it be in their original condition.
- Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you to advise when you will receive an exchange or refund. If a credit has been approved, please allow 5-10 business days from the day we have processed the refund for your account to be credited.
